TEEJA TERA RANG THA ME TO...

Here I am back again with new experience. In India we have such difference in cast or I would say Hindu-Muslims difference majorly.

So here I am writing about this difference.

I am staying in girls 'Paying Guest' where I have one Muslim roommate. She is my very good friend. We always share the food, gal's stuff (Bindi, Kangan etc :P )etc etc. In her company I never found that she is Muslim. As we are a roommate we used to have our tea in the morning together. One day as per routine we were having our tea & watching TV. And suddenly one bollywood song came on TV from movie 'CHAK DE INDIA - teeja tera rang tha me to' basically this song indicate that Muslims are also part of our country, So that girl has started crying before the song gets over. I saw that and I hugged her tightly, and later on I got to know that she has some bad experience in the past. This thing clearly says that her bad experience is from our side.

Another experience, I am working in group of companies so my office hardly get closed for 5 hours from whole day, otherwise it's live for 20 hours. As I have mentioned in the previous post that I was working on Diwali and at the same time my colleague was on leave for 15 days. so now he came back after long leaves and ideally now he can't take any leave for next 3 months. That guy is Muslim and my owner is also Muslim and 90% staff of my office is also Muslim. Last week EID was there on Monday. So he didn't come on Monday. So in the evening my big boss called me that what is going on in the office and who have came etc etc this is my daily scheduled with my boss. He used to take all these information from me before coming to the office. (Feeling like doing JASUSI for him.hehehehehe  ;), jokes apart ), so I told him that from my team that guy has not came to the office so he told me that ' HE HAS GIVEN HIM THE LEAVE FOR EID' i didn't answer back on his this statement. Later on I got the call from my so called reporting boss also, he was also asking me same question, at that time I was on top of my frustration so I quickly started answering back to him that sir how it is, that guy got leave just because it is his festival and all can understand this thing because all are Muslims, so he started arguing with me that he has worked on Sunday also to get leave on Monday and I will make sure that now he will not take any leave for next three month blah blah.. By writing this thing am not making point that I didn't get leave and blah blah..

My point is simply that they can understand if EID is their festival then they should also understand this thing that Diwali is our festival. If we are working in the same office as a team then difference should be not there. So this is the worst experience I have faced.

And on another side these all Muslim office staff are treating me like I am on of them. I didn't found any difference from their behavior for me.

So from all these 3 experience If we are saying that we are literate people and we should not believe in such kind of things so please can anyone give me answer for all of these three experience.

Difference is always there. Difference is in people's mind, it will change people to people.

Oh yes, I have a choice!!
